Unai Emery’s Aston Villa are the next visitors to Anfield and it’s fare to say the Spaniard has done an impressive job following his appointment in November 2022, leading the Villains to a 4th place finish last season and with it qualification to the Champions League.

Villa’s 100% record in the Champions League was ended on Wednesday evening following their 1-0 defeat at Club Brugge, which saw them drop down to 8th but still ahead of the likes of Man City, Juventus, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
