The Reds are back in Champions League action with a trip to Spain to face Girona on Tuesday evening.

Following the 2-0 victory against Real Madrid, Liverpool became the first side to book their place in the Round 16 knock-out phase at a minimum and next up is a trip to Catalonia to face Michel’s Girona.

Girona are of course 47% owned by City Football Group and this is their first ever campaign in the Champions League, following a 3rd place finish in La Liga last season.
