The Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna was in high demand over the summer but signed a new four-year contract - much to the relief of the Ipswich Town faithful - after he ended the Tractor Boys’ 22 year absence from the top flight following a 2nd place finish in the Championship last season. That achievement also earned him the 2023/24 LMA Manager of the Year award.
