The race for European qualification for next season has gotten a little more interesting over the past week, with favourable results moving Liverpool to within three points of Newcastle in 3rd place and a single point off 4th place Manchester Utd, with both those sides having played a game less than the Reds.

With just three games left to play, it may be too little too late for Liverpool to secure qualification for next season’s Champions League but at least the question is being asked following six consecutive wins in the league by Klopp’s side.
