Liverpool return from the international break with a trip to Wolves on Saturday lunch-time, and it’s a familiar face from Liverpool’s youth coaching set-up - former under-23 assistant manager Gary O’Neil - who will lock horns with Jürgen Klopp.

O’Neil signed a three-year contract in August, replacing Julen Lopetegui who led Wolves to a 13th place finish last season and became their first English manager since 2016.
O’Neil has had a tough start to the campaign with Wolves playing three of their four games away from home, controversially losing their opening fixture 0-1 at Manchester Utd, losing 1-4 at home to Brighton, winning 1-0 at Everton before losing a five goal thriller at Crystal Palace 2-3 prior to the international break.
