The letters J and K are not exactly a scabble players’ best outcome. The number of words in the English Dictionary beginning with J is 1,576 whilst K it’s 2,028. In Liverpool’s case the names beginning with J and K should be easy to guess in a Scrabble game if you’re playing by the new rules introduced in 2010. I still get a tickle out of the inventor of the game being Alfred Butts. Because there was a man in the middle who could kiss my butt. However, this felt like a weird moment to promote the letter “K” (with some liberties taken) to write about what happened on Sunday 25 February in the Karaboa Cup Final (as I said liberties will be taken).
So, let’s start with the Kop South present at a cashless (and it feels soulless) Wembley on Saturday. 85,000 souls turned up (or more) in a match bought forward by the Metropolitan Police due to a lack of night vision eye wear it would need to control any warfare in Brent. So, an earlier kick-off added to the disruption for Liverpool fans travelling on Avanti West “Free Money” Coasting, which continues a theme going to cashless Wembley.
